NOTE: This module draws from my earlier work under Black Market Leadership. The ideas here predate Chaos Studies in Leadership and form the foundation that made this work possible.
The fourth paragraph is about logistics.
Logistics identifies what resources are required to execute the plan, especially those outside normal operations. This includes extra equipment, funds, personnel, or external vendors. It clarifies what is being used, where it comes from, and when it’s needed, and can also explicitly state when no external resources are required. The purpose is to ensure anyone reading the plan understands what support is necessary to make execution possible, without adding complexity or unnecessary detail.
