Within essential tasks, responsibilities are clarified through two roles:
Main Effort (ME):
The single person accountable for completing an objective or phase. They own the outcome, receive priority for support and resources, and are ultimately responsible for success or failure.Supporting Effort (SE):
Individuals who assist the main effort. Their work matters, but it is explicitly oriented toward helping the main effort succeed.
