Planning Basics - 2/18

NOTE: This module draws from my earlier work under Black Market Leadership. The ideas here predate Chaos Studies in Leadership and form the foundation that made this work possible.

This module defines three clear goals, all centered on making planning practical, usable, and instinctive rather than academic or bureaucratic.

First, the module is explicitly about planning fundamentals, not advanced planning theory. It does not teach decision trees, course-of-action analysis, or complex methodologies. Instead, it introduces a single, core planning template that serves as the foundation for all effective planning. The speaker frames this template as the “nucleus” of planning—once understood, it can be expanded, adapted, and scaled into more advanced approaches later.
