This video details the real costs of ineffective, non-purposeful communication. When communication is unclear or disconnected from strategy and execution, organizations experience both direct damage and missed opportunities. The impacts include increased attrition, stalled performance, poor customer service, lack of process improvement, absenteeism, and reduced innovation.

Beyond frustration and inefficiency, ineffective communication signals incompetence, erodes trust, and demotivates people from investing effort or ideas. Teams stop raising their game, customers disengage, and organizations fall behind competitors. These challenges establish the necessity for Purposeful Communication—a structured approach that directly ties what leaders say to performance, execution, and results.
