Second, it highlights the critical role of definitions—when done correctly, they create clarity, alignment, and focus, especially in uncertainty and the fog of war. Third, it introduces the three basics of communication: precision, concision, and context. Mastery of these elements significantly increases the likelihood that ideas are understood, retained, and acted upon as intended.
