Leadership 101 - Fundamental #2b
The Not So Basic Basics - 4/6
NOTE: This module draws from my earlier work under Black Market Leadership. The ideas here predate Chaos Studies in Leadership and form the foundation that made this work possible.
This segment deepens the two pillars by showing how different behavioral profiles naturally align with mission or people—and with either broad, big-picture thinking or detailed, process-focused execution. Leadership effectiveness depends on understanding where individuals fall on this spectrum and developing the behaviors they lack. By accurately identifying these tendencies (and avoiding self-deception), leaders can adapt to different environments, balance mission and people demands, and bring out the best in themselves and their teams under changing conditions.
